About the Event
Volunteer Roles
Check-in
Welcome guests and provide them with any information of activities for the night / flyers. Use Handbid app to check in guests and direct MGC members or sponsors to VIP happy hour. This role require a tutorial session with Handbid ahead of the event.
Check-in/Silent Auction
Support with check-in as needed during the busy first part of the event. During the event ensure guests are registered on the handbid app and are able to bid on items. When winners are announced, ensure payments are made and distribute prizes to guests. This role require a tutorial session with Handbid ahead of the event.
