Highmark Walk Tabling Support

Calling All Early Risers!

We are looking for two volunteers to assist our communication and development team in representing Dress for Success Pittsburgh at the annual Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community. Volunteers will arrive at 6:30am to set up the table and be ready by 7:20am to greet walkers and share information about Dress for Success Pittsburgh. This is a great opportunity to interact with folks from all over the city of Pittsburgh and spread the word about Dress! There will be a DFS Pittsburgh staff person there as well, but they will be away from the table for a majority of the time. 

6:30 – 6:45am Organization representatives arrive at event site

7:20am Organization tables must be set up & ready to accept/greet walkers

7:45am Registration opens

8:30am Opening ceremonies begin

9:00am Walk begins

11:00am Event concludes / Clean up Begins: Organization tables need to be cleaned up and broken down, trash removed, etc.

The event will take place in the parking lot of Stage AE, and guests can park in Gold Lots 1 & 2 at Acrisure Stadium. (Free Parking will be available until 11am). 

Day-of Event Instructions for Volunteers:

Volunteers should wear something comfortable and easy to move in. As we get closer to the event more details will be sent to you via email!
