Provide women with the opportunity to feel strong and confident walking into their upcoming interview having everything they need to feel prepared.
Volunteer Donation Inventory Organizers will organize incoming donations of clothing, accessories, and personal care items to restock the boutique and allow for a smooth client suiting experience. Tasks will include collecting donations from the designated drop-off area, processing incoming donations by category, steaming and hanging items, restocking the boutique, tidying and organizing to maintain a beautiful and welcoming space.
Volunteer Client Stylists will work one on one with clients to select appropriate professional attire, accessories, and personal care items from the boutique for their upcoming interview or job. During the appointment Volunteer Stylists build a rapport with clients to build their confidence, give advice on how to dress professionally and connect her with other resources where appropriate. This experience will provide a woman who is entering or returning to the workforce with an uplifting, one-of-a-kind experience as she begins her career journey.
If no clients are scheduled for in-person appointments, Volunteer Stylists will work on putting together Style bags for Clients who have chosen a pick-up appointment. Stylists will build bags based on a Style Survey and add in a personalized encouragement card to uplift and empower.
